Remarks:

①The above specific dining time will be adjusted according to the regulations of dining time of the company.
②The above shift categories are main attendance and rest time under which there are various types of shifts to satisfy attendance requirement of each manufacturing site and service unit.
③The halfway rest time is included in the effective calculated man-hour.
④Attendance beyond the shift category can be included in extra work upon effective application, namely, attendance more than 8 hours of personnel under usual shift and attendance more than 7.5 hours of personnel under shift can be included in extra work upon effective application.

Salary System

Salary Principle:
The company sets the enterprise strategy as the policy, formulates salary system according to the principles of contribution, equal pay for equal work based on the work analysis under the premise of guaranteeing staff's basic life.
 
Calculation and Paying of Salary:
1、The calculation period for salary is from first day of the month to the last day of the month and is paid on the 10th day of next month.
1.1、The salary for personnel entering or leaving the company halfway will be paid as per actual attentence days and the salary will be paid in advance on the nearest working day if the scheduled date is holiday. The staff has to collect the monthly salary and confirm with signature on the paying date.  
1.2、Salary formation: personal basic salary +other types of subsidies  
1.3、The salary will be paid to staff's personal bank card account on the 10th day of next month by financial personnel and if fails, the staff has to collect the cash.
 
Salary for Extension of Man-hour:
The salary for extension of man-hour due to requirement of production is legally calculated as follows (unit: hour) with consent of staff:
(I) 1.5 times of hourly wage has to be paid to staff extending working hours during working days;;
(II) 2 times of hourly wage has to paid to staff working during rest days without compensatory leave;;
(III) 3 times of hourly wage has to paid to staff working during legal holidays
 
Withholding Items:
The income tax, insurance benefit and other necessary funds have to be withheld from staff's salary due to requirement of order or management.
